Pre (activity) ritual: Before a climb, I always stretch.

Post (activity) ritual: After climbing, I always drink a beer or eat a giant bowl of pasta, usually both at the same time. Carbs are my friends.

Why I love working at Salem Summit: Working at Salem Summit allows me to be close to the outdoors without actually being in the outdoors. I get a chance to write about my passions like climbing and hiking in the hope I can inspire people to get out and explore, helping them come even a step closer to their next adventure.
